Aramain recognizes the importance of meeting society’s needs for health, safety and environment protection. It is our intention to proactively work with employees, customers, the public, government and others to use natural resources in an environmentally friendly manner, at the same time safeguard the health and safety of our employees and the public. We are dedicated to continuous improvement of our health, safety and environmental process while supplying high quality products and services to customers.
To meet these responsibilities, we manage our business according to the following Health Safety and Environmental Principles:
- Make health, safety and environmental considerations an everyday platform of good business practices
- Operate our facilities and provide services bearing in mind the health and safety of our employees and the public with minimum impact on the environment
- Advise employees, customers, appropriate officials and the public and keep them updated on significant industry related health, safety and environmental hazards; at the same time, recommending protective measures
- Inform, educate and counsel employees, customers, transporters and others in safe handling and environment friendly disposal of our waste material
- Participate with government and others creating responsible laws, regulations and standards to safeguard the workplace, community and environment
- Invest, develop and implement procedures to reduce process and air emission wastes
- Respond to community concerns about our services and operation
